Charly is a charming hotel located in a quiet area. The clean double room had a small balcony overlooking a lovely garden. Breakfast in the garden was good, with adequate choices that catered to different tastes. The accommodating staff went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay.

My experience was marred by communication issues with the reception staff. Despite confirming my room preference, I was placed in a less desirable room facing the street with no garden view, and the staff were unhelpful in addressing my concerns. I had requested a packed breakfast for an early departure, not provided, leaving me with little time to grab some food before leaving.

good breakfast setting

The location is super convenient, just a short cab ride from the train station. Our double room was stylish and comfortable, and breakfast in the sunny garden was a lovely start to the day. The vibe here made us feel like part of the family 🌿

More than adequate and satisfactory breakfast choice with shaved ham, the gorgeous garden view. Comfortable location not far from subway station and Buenos Aires street, Milan and the metro / tram stops, easy check-in.
